if all these events are happening, then there is a time factor attached to it that means there is time the realm where vaitarini is present. if there is no time, no event, no happening, all happening, no size, no shape, or all size all shape all at once but at no time (hope you got the idea). so this vaitarini is no the final stage. there is something on the other side. that being said the present life is a gift from the creator. this is a gift and a bondage at the same time. Fascinating concept about crossing a river. I was immediately reminded of the old Greek stories of crossing the rivers in the afterlife. There is obviously more to the classic tales than has been alluded to!

Some people are sceptical about these teachings because they experience this world only through their five senses. Even then living a wholesome life which benefits yourself as well as the others will bring you happiness in this present life too.
The one and only Sri.Jaggi Vasudev can explain this so nicely and make people understand the meaning of Vaithrinin Nadhi. I had heard may elders telling me about this incl my mother who expired two years ago but did not understand why this existed and what is this crossing about. During rituals a lamp is lit and some chantings are done in Hindu customs saying that this nadhi is very difficult to cross and so a cow is donated in the earth and you cross this river or sea holding the cows tail, I mean the soul. And the lamp is lit to show you the way. She was telling me the importance of doing the karma procedures properly after death of a senior person in family and how important it is. Still it was not clear to me. Lucky I found this video, Jaggi Gurudev has explained it properly so now it is clear.

I rather believe various people’s NDE because they are all very consistent. Also these NDE makes me feel hopeful about meeting my loved ones who have passed away.

I think it’s good to see some NDE videos to know what happens after death. Lot of people have died bodily and medically and come back after some time to resume their lives and have recorded what they experienced in the interim. It’s somewhat different from this I think.

Shri Gurudev Datta, is the mantra to purify ancestral karma. Every time you chant, sattvic energy is generated, and it's sent to your ancestor as a karmic repayment mechanism.
The beauty of chanting is even someone very busy can chant. You can chant while showering, washing dishes, driving, walking around in a store etc.... Unlike yoga or meditation etc... you don't have to set aside time for it. I like to chant myself to sleep each night.
I have not really followed the prayer for the dead. I felt that too much emphasis was placed in the dead rather than the living. My granny used to say, “don’t bring a whole lot of flowers to a funeral, give the flowers now while the person is still alive”. Life is complicated, the best I can do is treat all of Gods creation with respect and love, whatever happens when I transit is up to God. surprisingly or not, I have found many parallels and similar spiritual/metaphysical concepts, ideas and parables and common linkages between the ancient Hindu spiritual tradition and ancient Jewish spiritual tradition, mainly in the sacred hidden realm of the esoteric teachings in both great traditions and likewise also Buddhism shares some common fundamental things with Judaism but a dicerning mind is required in order to acknowledge this.
the concept and imagery of a "river" exist in Judaism as well and is called in Aramic "Nahar di-nur" translated "the river of fire" - a metaphorical term that shares much resemblance with the "river" in the Brahamic tradition.
to my best knowledge, the "river" has a parallel also in the Islamic tradition mainly in the esoteric teachings of Sufism - the inner spiritual dimension of the religion (din) known as "Taswaf" or islamic mysticism which shares much in common with jewish mysticism known as Kabbalah and its later development in the teachings of Hasidism.

As an out of body explorer myself, there is a lot that I would disagree with in this video. I would urge people to go and see the universe for themselves. Learning to Astral Project is something that anybody can do. The books by Robert Bruce are a great place to start. It's very important that an observer mindset is in place without preconceived ideas around how things could / should be. The universe is very thought responsive and the further you move away from the physical plane, the more responsive it becomes. So if you expect to find / see ABC in place, it's very likely that this is what you will find.
