    This easy Keto Bread with almonds is 100% gluten-free, vegan, low-carb, sugar-free, yeast-free, egg-free, and dairy-free!
    For best results, I highly recommend using the metric/gram measurements, rather than the standard/cup measurements.
    *1cup=240ml, 1Tbsp=15ml
    *No Substitution Unless Specified.
    INGREDIENTS (for 21 x 11 x 7cm loaf pan)
    DRY
    • 300g (2.5 cups) almond flour
    • 60g (1/2cup) coconut flour
    • 40g (1/3 cup) flaxseed meal
    • 5 Tbsp psyllium husk powder (I ground whole psyllium husk)
    • 1 Tbsp baking powder
    • 2 tsp baking soda
    • 1 tsp sea salt
    You can add herbs.
    WET
    • 480ml hot water (50˚C+)
    • 3 Tbsp light olive oil (sub neutral oil)
    • 3 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
    INSTRUCTIONS
    1. Combine all the dry ingredients.
    2. Add the wet ingredients and mix until it becomes a dough.
    3. Shape the dough into a loaf. Smooth out the surface with damp hands.
    4. Place dough in a loaf pan with parchment paper.
    5. Sprinkle with your preferred seeds. (optional)
    6. Bake at 175C/350F for 60 -70 mins or until a skewer comes out clean.
    7. Let it cool in the pan for 20-30 mins.
    8. Let it cool completely on a wire lack before slicing.
    9. You can store at room temperature for a few days. Store in the fridge for up to 5 days or freeze for up to months.
