    Ingredients:
    6 Raw Bananas
    1/4 tsp Asafoetida
    1 tbsp Coriander Seeds (crushed)
    1 tsp Raw Mango Powder
    1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
    Lime Juice
    Salt
    1 Cup Semolina
    Oil
Method: Lets first take Raw Bananas, peel off the skin of the bananas(as shown in the video) and soak in water. Now slice the pealed Bananas nice and thick, now transfer them in a bowl and add Asafoetida, Coriander Seeds (crushed), Raw Mango Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Lime Juice mix them together and finally add Salt.
Use earthen tawa for frying the banana, but first, coat the sliced banana into Semolina. Now add oil into heated earthen tawa and fry the coated banana slices.
Flip it after a minute on other side and fry them till you get the golden brown color. Transfer them into the plate and your Raw Banana Fry is ready to be served.

Try using rice flour instead of semolina. It tastes better. If you make thin slices, shallow fry is enough.

Put raw banana in hot water for 5 minutes and you can peel the skin easily while banana is still raw. Oxidation will also be slow.
