    Hi Sir, this was the recipe I was searching for long n long.. being a starter for cooking is tough task when being criticised as you can fry the veggies as tasty as my mother or my Akka... I saw this video yesterday and cooked today for lunch... I didn't imagine that I wud get appreciation.. first applause I got from my Mother-in-law following my husband and relatives..❤️❤️❤️

    Mr Venkatesh's dishes are awesome. Though I am a non vegetarian I love his dishes. He speaks about acidity caused by some dishes and water being an antidote. I have found hi ph water being excellent for this. These waters are easily available in the US and do carry ph values.

    Came out great. Thanks for giving details in coherent manner. Since I had lot more Vazhakai tried baking the rest at 350 for 10 on both side came equally good like shallow frying
