    Excellence beyond explanatory words & descriptions....atta'hasam in taste & nutrient values.
    The dip is something, very close to my thoughts to take care of my special innovative taste bud... believe me I did few minutes back 😇..manga urugai vizhudhu/gravy + curd + a handful of sev. So I could imagine how fantastic your suggestion is to make a dip with curd & lime pickle vizhudu....for Vazhakai Tawa roast....Wow. 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

    Wow sir really hats off to you for this vazhakai snack ☺️I wanted to always try a rustic flavour in snack recipe. This one I tried it today, was at a different level, and combined with that curd dip, it was totally heavenly 😎 It was a bang on to my taste-buds & and quick snack as a starter too. Even while typing the feedback, my mouth is watering thinking of the recipe 😂

    Chef, I have been following your channel for a long time and enjoyed watching it. I kindly request you to explain how to make Chilly parotta. I have tried making it using recipes from the internet but never found the right balance between the vegetables, spices and the parotta chops.     Hi Sir, I am Sowmya from Canada. My daughter 8 yrs old is a huge fan of you and your cooking. In this country, due to COVID we couldn’t get Vazhakai for quite sometime. Now after a long break I got and I made this recipe.
    It became a huge hit and my whole family loved it. My daughter wants to come and have food at Accord. We are planning for a lunch buffet visit during our India vacation 2022 in July.
