It is 2021 and this is one of the best videos on the subject! Clearly explained in a concise way. Giving examples of each category helps a lot. Thank you much!! 🙏

The objective examples she gave are not measurable. An objective would be "Increase this year's Health Fair attendance by 15%." Otherwise this video is very accurate.

The objective can be defined as using S.M.A.R.T process (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant and Timely).

Excellent. I've been watching videos all morning on this topic. This is the only one that I found that explained itself in ordinary terms instead of vague jargon. The differentiations were very helpful. Just you touched on "Plan" at the end. I'd been looking at strategy v plan. Would a Plan, in your view, be all four of your factors put together?

Strategy is not a plan of action, it's the differential idea you come up with to get ahead of the competition and the way to implement the strategy is your action plan which is much broader as it is very detailed.

John Khalkho, the lady just cleary and concisely articulated the difference among goal, objective, strategy and tactic and there you go down a darn rabbit hole of "differential idea"!!! Have anyone ever stood infront of you, look you squarely in the eyes and said: Youg man, SIMPLIFY, SIMPLIFY!!!

Strategy is way wider than this. Is the tricky part too. Don´t forget to analyse the five elements from the "Art of War".
