my question is how we will differentiate between these terms and vision and mission, just the way u said goals are " what ur business want to do " mission also termed as " it tell us the purpose of organization " its almost resemble.
When drawing a Strategy Map, we will take the objectives as the goals we want to achieve and place them in the “Financial” and “Customer” areas of the Strategy Map, right?. Then we will draw the rest in the Strategy Map, right?
Dear Friends, I have a case: The company's vision is: The company in the top 10 for infant formula in the North American market by 2030. Our Goal of company is: Build 3 new factories, buy 3 dairy companies in the same industry, build 5 distribution warehouses and establish e-commerce sales channels, grow strongly in customers. Objective: 30% of total customers, 40% growth in revenue per year, 20% growth in EBITDA per year, 5% reduction in operating costs per year. Question: 1/ Is the vision, goal, objective of this company correct?. Thank you.

The vision is your long term goal while mission are the means on how to achieve the long term goals.
