Spinnerbaits, wake baits, poppers, weightless worms, frogs, jigs, etc.
12-15lb fluoro for all subsurface to bottom lures and mono/braid for topwater.

Jacob I won the Indy League Championship round on Lake Shaffer last Oct on Booyah Pad Crasher in Cricket color. Water was 48 degrees. Duck weed madness.
Water temps were 60 today in MA. Top water was on fire 🔥🔥🔥

Fishing has got super tough here in Indiana but the one thing they are consistent with is hitting rebel poppers and the river2sea lane changer

@@kevinbeaudean704 I’ve always used one. Some guys like Wheeler prefer graphite. I just thought it was funny giving Wheeler fishing advice. Next I’m going to give Tom Brady some pointers.
You should do tips for fishing in water that's in the upper 40s to 50s....... No grass mats in MN right now...... people in the northern states that fish often gotta know. It's live bait this time of year. Slow slow and even slower moving baits....fishing down south is way way way diff....
This was so different than his best Oct baits from last year. I think only topwater was the same, even those a little different.
Our lakes in central pa are already 55F, two more weeks from now probably be in the 40s., when I go out again.. These baits are playing with these temps?

That’s 65lb braid w maybe a mono leader on a heavy stick w a fast reel. If it stretches they can come off super easy in grass and it gets old plus the line cuts through the grass nicking the line.
