Cool! I saw it in Folkston, GA
Nice! I was hoping for clear skies up here in VT so we could catch a glimpse of the upper stage. No luck this time.
I witnessed 👀 part of the launch last night:
I saw the ship🚀 traveling into space 🌌and the separation from Dunedin, Florida. Which is in Pinellas County. Tampa area.
At 1st I thought I was looking at a comet ☄️about to pass through the moon 🌕and it was somewhat coming towards me. Then, i witnessed 👀 what I thought was flairs 🎆🎇or an explosion💥 in space. When I saw another piece contine on from the explosion it the started glowing bright white ⚪like the moon for a brief moment until the "flairs died out", so did the glow and then i just saw an tiny little piece of something moving in space.
I had no idea their was a launch and I thought what I was seeing was an explosion of something in space. i saw this all as I was leaving a friend's house around 8:10. When i got home I did some research to find out what i had just been watching with total awe and found out a launch happened at 8:07pm. I was actually bummed it wasnt some UFO🛸 signaling us. 😂
Since I didn't know what I was looking at I didn't want to take my eyes off it to grab my purse out of the car and dig for my phone to video it for fear of missing everything. 😂😂😂
I'm so glad someone got it cause I was searching for a view like I saw last night.
From my angle it was right by the moon when the separation and everything happened. It was wild.
