IMR Films is a production company based in Southern Vermont. While we do a bit of almost everything (Weddings, Advertisements, Timelapse, Drone, Astronomical etc.) our focus is documentary. We've traveled the world videoing and producing different documentaries and look forward to doing more!

Great North American Total Eclipse - April 8, 2024 - Craftsbury, VT - Cruisin' with the Kids!
It was such a great treat to be able to travel up to my sisters place with my entire family for the Great North American #Eclipse! I've seen one other total eclipse in my life, but this one was so spectacular! The skies were all but crystal clear, which allowed the full corona to be visible along with some spectacular prominences!
I told everyone I knew, and will continue to, if you ever have a chance to see (or try and see) a total solar eclipse, do it!!! The different between 99.9% and 100% is day and night, literally!

My kids and I were on the hunt for a train...And we caught one! While it wasn't the specific one we had hoped for (there's a former Central Maine and Quebec unit in the area...Missed that one by thirty minutes and were unaware of its location), it's always a good day when we see a train. Especially at the Hoosac Tunnel!

@@Imrfilms Mostly Irish Immigrants built the tunnel. In the early 1800s Immigrants who died on the job were buried on the worksite. Thats how we treated the Men who built this Country. As a Taxi driver in NY I worked with B and M crews who went through it. and knew a lot about it. Rail crews know there are ghosts. Its Real.
The reason why usally an NS Unit is leading on these Grain Trains with the BNSF Units trailing due to ACSES PTC Restrictions that are required in MBTA Teritory

Was up there not long ago myself. I'm so curious as to what the interior of that building looks like and how it's constructed. From your video you can make out the circular section when would be the elliptical shaft itself is. A terrifying thought as to how that plummets down over a thousand feet. 😱

Thank you! The next annular eclipse will be 10/2/24 - But it's not over the continental US. The next US one won't be until 6/11/48. Of course, there are others, just not over the US. The next total US eclipse won't be until 8/12/45!

Because it's a prior eclipse (one I witnessed in person in 2017 in Nashville, TN)...Highlighting what you may see at the upcoming eclipse to get people excited. It's called advertising...It's not that hard of a concept to understand.
Switzerland train systems put the US to shame
Much greater population density, very small compared to North America. Compare distances, weight and volume of freight traffic, and you'll find North American railroads are second to no one. I do wish we had a better passenger network.
