Toro Super Recycler VS Timemaster Timed Mow… Which is the fastest?!

- In this video, I put head to head in a non-scientific test the Toro Super Recycler VS the Toro Timemaser. In this test, I am simply timing which mower gets the mow job done more quickly. It was definitely a warm and humid day to push mow.

Good comparison. If choosing between these two mowers looks like the deciding factor would likely be your lawn size.

Great video I really miss all the green already. And a amazing lot you have with all the mature trees. I put 8 hard years on my timemaster and I destroyed a spindle and the motor kept working its way loose. But I cut the lawn twice, three times a week. Its a workhorse. Because it was the new model it was a bit underpowered to mulch.
You basically mowed six times a week! I love it.
I miss the green as well. I enjoyed watching the mow on this one. It was hot, but fun to reminisce as I worked on it.

Just purchased the 2023 Super Recycler with the electric start. Gave me the 190cc engine.
I have a VERY HILLY UNDULATING 1 acre lot and the Timemaster would be WAY to heavy.
Still have my 2017 Recycler 163cc but have replaced gears and wheels(gears on the wheels) once on each side after year three.
The 2023 comes with the five year warranty so as it is the lot that abuses the mower it will be a wash after 5 years.
Already the different deck and 190cc motor makes a HUGE difference on the mulching mode.
Gas consumption a little more, 1 inch less in cut BUT the mower efficiency makes up for all of that.

Both run Briggs. Plenty of power. Honda would be a nice option. I’ve seen people upgrade to Kohler’s on older Timemasters. I enjoy the walk on occasion. This mow was almost to warm to walk! 😂 Thanks for watching Sunny!
