Fun comes in all flavourful sizes and power and both different but extremely fun, except at the pump 😢. I find it funny when some reviewers praise Civic SI but holds back for Integra 😅same chassis and power train, etc but different enough for different target market. Premium brand of Honda isn't luxury brand, however it can hold its own in many ways and will outlast many, and outperform them in many areas....award-winning engines and transmission and safety ratings is a start.

I had same question, ended up going integra mostly for the sound system and hatch. Driven both
. Accord has a longer wheelbase and absorbs bumps better since it’s larger. Not a huge difference though since accord has 19” wheels. Integra much more manuverable and easy to park. If you regularly have people in the back seats Accord is great. Integra is the size of a midsize car from 10-15 years ago so big enough for me.

Great price? I think not. In Canada the base trim is not available. The aspec middle trim starts at 42,000. With everything included your looking at 48,000 and a hefty 700 a month lease payment over 5 years. If you want a manual, you must buy the top spec, which puts you at 50,000. As someone who has owned Acura's for 10 years and a current ilx owner, i was very disappointed in the massive increase in price. The engine is fine, but does not compare to my 2.4 k24 matched with the 8 speed dct. Having driven the new integra with the cvt, it is fine, but not in the same league as the dct. Honda and Acura's pricing is quite perplexing. Love their products, just not the inflated price. Standard features on the ilx that are missing on the middle aspec trim, memory seats and satellite radio? I do recognize Honda is a fantastic brand, but hope interest rates and overall prices go down. I do enjoy many aspects of the integra.

My old 2003 Acura RSX S-Type that I bought brand new for $22k had a 2.0 naturally aspirated engine that also made 200hp. And it looked way better. This thing is a bloated family car in comparison. Why are they trying to make this thing into an Accord?

Extremely basic! Might as well just get a Civic and save money.

I would hate to be in a civic knowing there's a better version of it out there. May as well get this

    $38k for a Civic-sized and Civic-based car is NOT a "great" price.

@@newtypeshawty seem to have a bad rep for premature failure. However seems like Toyota and Honda has perfected the cvt.

@LarranceCotton Having owned two ilx's with a dct and recently driving the Integra with cvt, I can say the cvt is fine, but does not compare to the 8 speed dct.

Did you expect anything different? Honda sells more cars with CVT vs the manual by far, and CVT has better fuel economy.
