Under current international law: anybody has a right to have their asylum claim heard and if rejected to go through a lengthy appeals process.
Tinkering with the system or gimmicks like "Rwanda" won't achieve much. Neither will countries blaming each other.
Get to the source of the problem and SCRAP international asylum law.

We're Irish citizens.. My children have to live in rented accommodation and they work full time and they have children and they're not entitled to social housing or medical cards..
