Almost like family isn’t exclusively about sharing a lineal birth, or blood, or genes, but also about carrying on the legacy and spirit and ideals of a family. That last scene is a final homage to not just Ben or Luke and Leia, but all four generations of Skywalkers portrayed from I-IX, their legacy and name living on in spirit in a way that infinitely surpasses bloodlines, particularly one that more or less exists by the will of the Force, that same will shining the Skywalker light in Rey and binding it irrevocably through the Dyad with Ben.
That is the best I've ever heard someone describe that scene. 👏
Rey’s dad gonna be strandcast clone including DNA from Luke’s severed hand: making her a bloodline Skywalker and explaining why the lightsaber called to her. Hold tight.
