- classic game except that i was ridiculously close to death at the end because of a player who had 3 targeters on him (at top 10)
got a lot of lines but miraculously survived. i guess that happens sometimes :')

This has to be fake. It is humanly impossible to have a reaction time this quick. His game is also in French while he write in English in the comments. I think that ye has some game nodding going on here. I need proof to believe otherwise
Brosrock5 YT there’s multiple points in her videos were you can see stuff that is obviously 100% fake, like reaction times that should break world records
you both clearly have no idea what you're talking about. Doremy has been one of the best EU Tetris players for years, and he streams very often. We also see him (occasionally), lose and makes misdrops too. He's very clearly human, and accusing him of cheating or being "fake" is just ignorant and false. If you want to see how he compares to an actual AI, look up Zetris.

Can we talk about how good that other person was though?
The 2nd place guy had several people attacking them, so they get to send LOTS of extra garbage to attackers (like doremy)
FT029 during the end though he only had 2 people attacking him and he still sent a bunch of garbage over
I did have a lot of garbage stacked up, and I threw three Tetrises in a row that likely caused him to nearly top out. I didn't have much stack left after that, so I had to rebuild. He used that time to recover. Getting something like 150 lines thrown my way was unreal.

Doremy is the Tetris equivalent to the chefs on Chopped who make a vinaigrette at the last minute. I have such anxiety watching it, but since they kinda know what they are doing it is just simple fundamentals to them.

you know TAS stands for Tool-Assisted-Speedrun? When you're talking about a TAS, you're either talking about the actual speed run or the *bot* that's doing it.
also, for some bots that are pretty much humanly impossible to beat, search coldclear and zetris

@@spacenoodles5570 yeah, they don't have special line clear bonus like with T-spins for some reason. I think it's because most of the other spins are only possible because of the wall kicking mechanics that are only present in more recent Tetris games.
@@j4mlab what's wall kicking? Is that when there is a ceiling so that the piece does not jump out?
@@spacenoodles5570 sort of, yes. It basically means if you try to rotate a piece and there is a wall obstructing its rotation it will move it to the nearest spot where the rotation will work. One example is if you hold an "i" piece against a wall and try to rotate it, normally it would refuse to because it would extend out of the bounds of the wall. Instead it will rotate it flat but push it out so that it will fit against the wall.

il faut juste de l'entraînement et après ça devient un reflex mais il faut être déterminé moi par exemple j'essaie de "maîtriser" le t-spin triple et de savoir le faire à n'importe quel moment mais je dois m'entraîner toujours plus

How do you drop em so fast?
Most Tetris titles nowadays have the Hard Drop function, meaning that if you know where you want the piece to land... You can just drop it without waiting for it. Good tool for the early stages, not for the late rounds.

The strategy is obvious: stack up high for as long as possible so that everyone who targets K.O.s targets Doremy, who has the ‘attacking’ target system, gets fired back by Doremy.
That, my friend, is called "Bait Strat". You do this then switch your attack menus to attackers to gain easy kills.

all modern tetris “profession” competitions are full of weak players who stack slow c4w. I know hes done tournaments but hes not signed to an esports team or anything
