I've seen some baristas put the sugar in with the milk and then steam it so it dissolves as the milk is heated. I personally think its a neat trick and might save some time. Maybe give it a try and see how it works out! 😁

Hey love your videos!! Did you get the certificate just at TAFE? Is the certificate same no matter where the course is taken? I was working at a cafe as customer service as well but really keen on being a barista as well!

Yes, I got my barista certificate from TAFE, but to be honest, I learned a lot by actually working as a junior barista. The course only taught me on some basic skills that somehow still not enough for me to get started working as a barista. By starting a role in a junior barista position, I could learn from an expert and improve my barista skills :) Good luck :)

Try long black with double ristretto shots, it tastes smoother and sweeter :)
