- Hello everyone . I hope you’ve all had a gorgeous weekend full of yummy snacks and happy moments. This is what I ate in a day suffering with bad digestion / having a big old baby growing now! He’s nearly 2.5kg so no wonder I’m feeling full.

Here goes :
- Dates to break my hunger (great for pregnancy too ! )
Late lunch
-GF Beef roast dinner
Beef joint seared then oven baked over roasted veggies
-Honey roast carrots
-Green beans (I use frozen as they stay extra fresh)
- butter nut squash and sweet potato mash
- mini roast potatoes
-gf Yorkshire pudding + GF gravy
Late afternoon :
- French vanilla iced matcha 🍵
Girl Dinner :
-corn chips
-tzatziki
-olives
-carrots
-pickled onions
-Nectarines + peaches
- Coconut yoghurt + chia + hemp hearts (not filmed)
Evening snack
- Aussie crunch 👌🏽
-225 g Butter or baking margarine
-100 g Caster sugar
-2 tablespoon Golden syrup orhoney
-75 g Desiccated coconut
-125 g GF Plain flour all-purpose
-75 g GF Cornflakes
-2½ tablespoon Cocoa powder
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
-150 g Milk Chocolate
