How To Build Rapport With Anyone (Full Masterclass)

The best sales people never sound like sales people.
mic drop
That's it, you deffo paid attention
❤awesome Jeremy. Most people think building rapport is engaging in small talk. You total raised the bar...love how the question is designed with the end result in mind. This requires planning and not just winging a sales call❤ You are the GOAT!!!
I feel like this man just built rapport with me in the first 32 seconds of this video
He has exceptional verbal tonality. Copy him and you will build rapport with people in the first 32 seconds as well!
C'est vrai
Hey Derel, how ya doin' today, hows the weather out there in Dallas? Ya see the game last night?
Checkmate, rapport = built
I love how he gives a "word of advice" to not share his info with your competition. Creates SERIOUS clout regarding his tactics... He ain't wrong though. Yes sir, Mr. Miner. You got it!
selling apparently is just being a good chooser of words and being able to effectively communicate with the prospect about an end result. its interesting bc the more deliberate you are with your words and the more you practice it the better you'll get. i thought sales ppl had the IT factor but its becoming clear that its just about getting the reps in and thinking about the right words to choose when getting the chance to communicate with the prospect
Anyone can sell, it’s a trainable skill. I’m hiring if you want a job😂😂
Even being local music teacher I find this masterclass super useful. I tried result based up speech technique on a lesson today and whole interaction felt more intentional and joyful
more rapport building content please. i need repport building skills
I have tried with zoom and it actually works 😂…Jeremy is the best 🤭
I just want to say, thank you Jeremy!
You’ve already impacted my sell’s skill with your free Vids! I just discovered you a month ago and I started implementing these sell’s skills and they work!
What work are you doing
@@talkingchatt1413based on the comment, seems like theyre in the bot industry 😆 🤣
I feel the same. I just found Jeremy in May 24. WOW finally a trainer that approaches sales from a human not robotic style..❤ it
We love you Jeremy ! You’re the best. Thanks for all the free tips
Thank you for your knowledge and appreciate your time... Like the whiteboard as well.
A lot of value here. Worth sticking until the end
I love and enjoying watching to all of your videos, they are very inspiring.
Ive never heard anyone recommend NOT sharing their video. Love it 😂🙏
I think he did that on purpose, indirectly showing what he telling everyone to do (it builds our trust that he’s not just someone trying to sell something) which is pretty smart
Love your editing! those gunshot sounds when explaining what not to do in the beginning gave me a good laugh ! Also on one of your shorts you gave an example of how to build trust with a client, i memorized it and made it applicable to the sales job I was interviewing for, told him i came up with this technique to use on my future clients, sorry i plagarized LOL. The sales manager did the "not bad, not bad" face (downward facing mouth while nodding head), I also genuinely made him laugh two times and guess what ?! i GOT THE JOB!!!
You rock Blue Crystal Palace, whatever the heck that is...😅
@@MalibuGlassMI Guess what? i quit the job lol. It was selling vacation packages that required a sales meeting for a timeshare. The in person cold calling, bad industry reputation and stories of people being stuck in them became too much after a few weeks unfortunately.
This guys stuff is gold!!
What a time to live ! Thanks legend!
This is so important. And...it works.
Thank you Jeremy !
This is some awesome training!
Thank you for making me open my eyes.
Great stuff here. Thank you.
This is gold!
Thank you Andy Elliot
Thanks Jeremy!
Can you please make a video on Academic, where the sales person speaks to the prospects who enquired on business school pages and to getting them enrolled
Thanks Uncle J 🙏
The water sip is killing me hahaa
Thanks for sharing 👍
Great content Jeremy.
Quick q, how to build rapport on a cold call with those I am outreaching who could be a prospect but not a lead that we know are interested, rather; we are introducing our company/services/product?
Any one can answer 🙂
double your video editor's salary😂😂😂man is a killa..."where do you live?" *zooms in, bombs out* 🤣🤣🤣🤣I love it😂
Nice advise mate
People aren’t the same in many ways.
One difference is intro and extroversion.
The extroverts are masters of small talk and may warm up to “how are you doing”.
The introvert is typically bothered by small talk.
Being your self should be a priority for everyone.
Trying to control people(anyone) through conversation is not being yourself.
Sales people are absolutely the easiest to persuade or manipulate because they want to participate.
I scheduled memory training seminar by Kevin trueduau now in a federal prison.
Smart people really thought they could increase sales with memory train.(hi Doug)
Thanks bros
Do you have the BB for existing customer base in telecommunications?
Thanks

Hi Jeremy
Where can I get your book?
LOVE this, but the jumping back and forth with the different camera views was definitely a bit disorientating, especially when I was trying to refer to the screen while taking notes
00:00 🚫 Avoid generic rapport-building questions like "How are you doing today?" to prevent lowering your status in the prospect's mind.
06:57 💼 Use specific questions to immediately engage prospects in results-based thinking and establish yourself as an expert.
09:58 🧠 Tailor your approach to different industries and situations to effectively engage prospects and convey expertise.
13:36 🔄 Neutralize potential sales resistance by framing questions with neutral language and focusing on the end result.
16:57 🛠 Implement tweaks in your approach, such as adjusting tone and wording, to effectively engage prospects and build rapport.
18:47 💬 Avoid cliché rapport-building phrases and instead adopt a playful tone to maintain engagement and rapport.

I am gonna share your training with my competitors. What can u do about it ? Smart trick from you 😂 .
what about pharmaceutical sales?
Ok, now how do I build rapport as a D2D sales rep offering free inspections and free quotes on exterior home remodeling?
I appreciate the work and the efforts you put in, I love your content, its so important. Thank you so much
I need that monitor
How does it feel knowing I’m a few weeks away from converting
Great stuff! Though I do D2D and was wondering if you could do a video with “cold knocking” on how to properly build rapport. I have a nice way of doing it but I feel like there are much better ways. Since you are a wealth a knowledge.. do you think you can help me out? Because I want to up my sales per week.
Don’t door knock. So lame
@@gringoexoticdirect marketing still produces billions in sales a year so it’s not going anywhere anytime soon. As much as it be great to switch it still makes a lot of people great money.
@@zionpenumbra it’s unfortunate that is still
Does because it’s a shit business model
Love the content, the zooming in and out is so distracting.
Jeremy did I just tell us to subscribe but don’t share with our partners😂😂😂

🎯 Key Takeaways for quick navigation:
00:00 🤝 *Avoid using common, generic questions like "How's your day going?" as they lower your status in the prospect's eyes and make you seem like just another salesperson.*
03:27 🧠 *To build rapport effectively, focus on getting prospects into results-based thinking with your initial questions, making them view you as an expert or authority.*
07:50 ⚙️ *Tailor your initial questions to the specific end result of what you sell, whether it's better systems, lower bills, or higher quality leads, to engage prospects in results-based thinking.*
12:38 📞 *When cold-calling or dealing with leads who have been contacted by many others, use language like "just" to lower the prospect's guard and make your message seem less pressuring.*
17:38 ❄️ *In face-to-face HVAC sales appointments, frame your questions around the end result of your HVAC services, such as improving air circulation, to keep the prospect engaged in results-based thinking.*
Made with HARPA AI
Is this applicable for dating?
Yes, but with different wording and tone
I’ve got cottonmouth in here today 😂
🔑
Tone (slow (high status)
Wording (sounds like look like)

There is no one on CZcams that can match your channel
You're really smart and clever. I see how your videos are a sneaky way to sell your training.
@urwanasir He’s offering world-class free content. Which many of us are looking for. Everything his company does is successful and effective. You can buy the training if you want. And people can buy from you if they want. There’s nothing sneaky about it.
There’s nothing sneaky about it
The “how are you doing today?” Always felt fake to me… although I do hope the person I’m talking to is having a great day, it feels fake because although I know I’m helping with my services, I know that by me initiating the conversation I’m looking for a transaction…
Smoking thats good weed!
👀
I mean this is all good news to me haha, I don’t care for small talk
As I client I don't like when the intro is can you see me? Can you hear me? For me, it's an insta NO NO. 😂😂😂
Yep, that’s why he said don’t do it
I got takeaways from this but I don’t think you really tell us how to build rapport .. just how not to. What did I miss?
You build rapport by qualifying them and not making assumptions or not meeting them where they are
Anyone here from his Instagram post?
ooo
I don’t remember in my entire life saying “this is just your uncle” or “hey it’s just your brother”. That logic makes no sense at all.
😂 i like how you are selling your channel, " if you subscribe to this channel, make sure you keep it to your self, dont share with people you compete with" smart very smart, decent content though
The content is good, but I don't know how I feel about the constant zooming in and out.
some one give the script of what he just told
This is not rapport
How about to actually be an expert rather than try to sound like one?
great video.
I know experts who don't sound like one and their sales/productivity suffer from it. Why not be an expert and sound like one?
Being an expert at plumbing or something doesn't teach you anything about communicating with people.
The zoom in, zoom out in repeat mode in so annoying!
Agree
This is great content, but I hate the changing cuts / perspectives every few seconds. This is so distracting and hurting my eyes. It's not engaging and it's taking away from the content that is.
Don’t look, listen instead.

Why does he repeat everything twice?!
The camera work is annoying as hell and if those arms flapped anymore I'd expect takeoff at any moment. As a non type A personality if people used "possible" and "maybe" to me, I tune them out. "Just" get to the point.
Agreed
Get to the point

A Masterclass In 20? Click bait from a poor salesman. It's hours and hours of studying, researching practicing social skills and understanding human as a whole. Kiss my ass in 20 ,minutes
Do people still fall for these outdated, snake oil sales tactics? If this guy makes a sale it’s in spite of his overall douche-ness not because of it.
Wasted 14min of my time listening to BS
