As an experienced person, I appreciate all the details. This procedure only will be benefitted for the country n humanity if these people are straight away taken into police n paramilitary. There may be a rule, first serve the army,, then come into police n BORDER guarding forces. Navy has sub marines, ships, which are highly technical, even airforce, all highly technical. So non experienced 10 th pass will take so much of time to to get trained, n it's not worth the training cost. The army has to have max no, due to the area of land we have from Pak to China, Bangladesh border. Not a single developed country has that much land to secure. Then look at Russia Vs Ukraine.
Russia destroyed so much, but it couldn't occupy n guard the area which it bombed. Why? Those too had Agniveers bombing n firing. Look at US. First of all it doesn't have land disputes n wars. And look at its young militias going around n killing even school kids, on a daily basis. We haven't reached there as yet. And the threat to society when they are freely roaming n not in the forces is really....
