New sub buddy Hey bud I'm dealing with a commercial door at school it seems to to have 2 barrells on hinge top & bottom of hinge then center of hinge is just one long shaft .. can these door hinges be adjusted the same as any commercial door squeeze & spread method thx bud 👍
Im having an issue with a commercial sidelight door frame the frame moves from the bottom where the side light glass window is located old fasteners or it wasn't fastened properly I have to fix it can I fix that problem with out removing the door frame and disturbing the drywall tape and wallpaper basicly any way to fasten a doorframe to the floor with out reinstalling it ??????
What can it be the problem it the revel its not all the same on the strike side
It can be one of two things without seeing the door and both are pretty easy fixes. (1) the strike side leg is out of plumb or (2) the hinge side leg is out of plumb. If you have a laser or plumb bob you can check to see which leg of the frame is off and adjust accordingly. Let me know if that works. -KL

That’s good! It’s easier to move the strike side so then you’d need to pull/push over the strike leg to a point where your door has an even reveal. -KL
Get some inflatable wedges .
Sure but if you don’t have them, just stand the door.
