Occam's UTVs: RZR Starting Issues? Just Clicking? Try starting off the solenoid

From experience, several times I've gone to start my RZR, and all I get are clicks. Sometimes you can hear the fuel pump and accessories turn on, sometimes all you get are clicks and nothing. There are a few methods to troubleshooting this. First and foremost make sure that you've checked the most obvious thing, your fuse box. Sometimes fuses are blown and don't even necessarily look like it. Replace any fuses related to the starting.

So what was the fix not the workaround of the solenoid. A new Solenoid?

Short out with screwdriver, or wire a switch and run wires.. needing this machine to start up on a job site and move out of the way, screwdriver will probably be easier for me

why is there two red covers? makes it hard to figure out what cables go where

They are both positive.

@@adventurelife6965 Thanks. Was trying to figure out how to replace this part. I took the cables off and didnt think it would be hard to figure out how to hook back up until I saw two of the same cable. Not a lot of write up out there about it
