I Love that sturdiness of the rims
new forekaster looks great.. when available?
Dissector front, Recon rear for the summer. Personally I always return to Maxxis tires for mtb no matter what other brands I try.
Not much to see really. Just some tires that have just had there 25th birthday.
I currently got an Ardent 2.25 on F/R. Never had problems but wanna try a different combo. Switching to a DHR II 2.30 up front this week. Running the bike mostly on dry terrain with climbs and pavement.
Sick dude
Ooo the new forekaster tyre, looking to switch from minions to these on my hardtail bike
I’ve always had bad luck with maxxis. I’m really not sure why but I always get flats. Pinch flats, thorn, slashes and wake up in the morning to flats. 😂 anybody else?
2x Dissectors 27.5x2.4 2c exo
lightweight, high rolling speed, decent grip and cornering
In SEA the peice of maxxis pretty much doubled the last 2 years which sucks
Maxxis came on my Megawatt both have a tread wobble the front has 1cm wonk on it. It's far from uncommon issue I hear, needless to say not impressed after years of buy Maxxis time to look else where.
Not as bad as some schwalbe tyres I’ve had in the past
Not a fan of tan 😅
I'm really starting to get sick of their casings. Weeping sealant before the tread is even 1/2 worn. My sidewalls look like I just went through a mud trough every time I go out and ride in a dusty area. No use even cleaning them off, they will get dirty immedately during the next ride. Kenda's don't do that. Even cheap off-brand tires don't do that. I wish there could be a tire with Maxxis tread and Kenda casing. Kenda casings don't wobble and they stay clean. It's just that their treads are not quite ramped enough for my liking like Maxxis' are. Oh well, 1st World problems as they say.
Not EBIKE specific tires
e bike specific tires are just normal tires with stronger casing, so buy enduro ones and you are good to go
Schwalbe all z way homie 🤟
the new forekaster sucks
why
please elaborate
@@linusmushroomtips776 They have destroyed the best aggressive tire in XC, too much weight, too much tread, it is no longer a tire for XC or trail.
@@soarenachs what about the rekon and the ardent?
