I have chronic nasal congestion since more than a year and half. Only Otrivin used to relieve it. But then it used to cause rebound congestion.
Yesterday night i put lukewarm ghee 3-4 drops in both nostrils. After getting up I again did the same. My nostrils have remained 60% open throughout the day. I really cant believe that ghee can be so good. Do give it a try.
