For the last clip, local constables were actually on site. However in England it's rare for local police to carry guns so they likely couldn't do much about it.

Update: Spivey, the bailiff, was acquitted of the charges claiming self defense. Also that was his 2nd wife he deleted after 4 years of marriage

30:05 here's a question. Did the property owner seek leave to appeal the original decision and get an injunction while the appeal went through the motions? Could that be what was posted on his fence? (A notice of appeal and an injunction notice)
so that last one is interesting.........cops were present the entire time. the original plan was to back off and regroup if dryden refused to cooperate. the councilman refused to back off like he should have which is when and why dryden pulled a gun. hed told them that they needed to stop and told him that if he kept at it and messing with his property it was going to end badly. that councilman was playing with his life and really thought he could say and do whatevetr and that dryden wouldnt fight back. right or wrong people do what they do. this is why he was seen as a hero. government entities overstepping ect.

The last story he had 3 months to take it down but im guessing during that time he filed an appeal which would have given him more time until the appeal judgment.
