    Girl… this workout was perfect! It kicked my butt! I plan to do this at least a couple times per week. I LOVE the reading of God’s Word in the workouts. Really reminds us of who we are, Whose we are … and what really matters in this life. Thank you and thank God for this ministry!!! ❤

    Yesterday I came across your channel and I felt so relieved. Finally a channel where I don't have to mute the music during exercise and Bible verses are being shared. I normally start my exercise with prayer to ask God to give me the strength to complete the exercise so to hear you start with prayer made me so happy.
    Today I happily started this exercise video but somehow my feeling was off. I felt like being warned for the music in this video. When listening to the words of the songs I now know why.
    Could you please listen to the words and ask the Holy Spirit to guide you? And read in your Bible to read about how God wants to be worshiped?
    I honestly believe you're a woman serving God and your work is amazing! It's just that I really feel I've to point this out to you.

    Didn't have the dumbbells or elastic band, but still a nice workout. And I love the scripture verses. 2 Tim 1:7 (in the video) and Rom 12:2 (in the description) are two I've been focusing on. Thank you and God bless you!

    I haven’t done a workout for a while and this not only has been a great start to working out. But so inspirational, encouraging and empowering. Blessed and feel better for it 🙌🥹🙏
