    Loved this! It was hard, but encouraging because of the short sequences and frequent breaks! I'm hoping to eat pineapple afterwards!

    I love this workout! I’ve done it several times now! At the end you asked what we were going to eat. I’m getting ready to cook eggs (from my chickens) with some squash from my garden! It’s my favorite breakfast

    Thank you! This was awesome! Its the most I have challenged myself in a long time. As for what I'll eat... I'm going to need to wait because that workout made my tummy a little iffy. When all is well again I'll probably have a banana!
