For OG viewers it's so funny to remember when she opened the first Sephora calendar she was rather cautious with what she said and is every year has passed he has completely tossed out any idea of cutting them a break and I couldn't be happier to see that because they haven't done anything to cut their customers one. Year after year not only filling it full of garbage but the same garbage it's shocking to the mind. We don't have Sephora in Canada but this would be easily enough to make me never set foot in their store again. All by my makeup at London Drugs their return policy is amazing and they have a great selection.
I don't even like advent calendars but I actually really like watching other people unbox advent calendars all at once.

In Australia, they're selling a "gift set" containing 13 of just the shower cream capsules (7.9ml). It's retailing for $24 AUD, meaning each pod is $1.85 AUD. A 260mL bottle of the equivalent shower gel (they don't have the cream in full size but scents are the same) is $15 AUD, if you break it down to the size of the pods, it's 45 CENTS PER 7.9ML. They're literally charging you 4 times more because it's Christmas, not to mention the wasteful packaging. WTH SEPHORA?!

What I've learned from watching calendar unboxing videos are the more expensive ones are just free samples definitely look at reviews and stuff before buying I know it ruins the suprise but thats better than wasting your money
The best advent calendar I had was a 14-15 ⏠one from like a small store, I still use some of the stuff to this day, the brow gel we got in there worked amazing as a clear mascara & the packaging alone was worth it (every single item was in a small box that could be pulled out, amazing since we could use the boxes afterwards for storage)
This year Nespresso released an advent calendar and I've never clicked "buy" so fast!
I ordered the $25 advent calendar mostly for the blush. With my 20% discount the calendar was basically the price of the blush alone and Iâve always wanted to try the blush so it was worth it for me. I also love the makeup wipes.

In regard to the name of that 1st single pan eyeshadow in silver: in the original book, The Wonderful Wizard of Oz, Dorothy's Slippers were silver. They changed them to ruby slippers for the movie. So maybe that's why it's named that? I mean who knows why Sephora does anything that they do but that would be my best guess. đ

I think the âextension calendarâ is meant to be given as a Christmas-day gift. While they maybe expect you to get your own advent calendar for yourself as a countdown to Christmas
