I think since you said that the person making the brownie said "their client" they probably were a trainer or something but the point of the protein powder, peanut butter adds protein and the oats and oat flour makes it a healthier version I think. Basically it's just a really sweet protein bar.

Not so. You can specifically buy small bananas but most are at least twice the size of those babies😊.

Duchess potatoes are so seventies....like I literally used to make them in the 70's.
Save yourself a headache. First, buy either a ricer or a drum sieve, heaps easier. Second, dont bother with the piping bag at all. Just grease a ceramic baking dish with lots of butter (cause it will add flavour) dump the potatoes (after youve mashed and added garlic ect) then whack some melted butter over the top and put in the oven on a fairly high heat. 20 minutes later, take them from the oven and serve. All the flavour, lovely crispy top and no naffy silly piping. Win!! They still taste the same, just less fuss.
*To make oat flour, just blend oats in a blender.❤*
