Even if I didn't have a headache I still would have had to payclose attention to his movements to spot the injury(the headache only made me think that he had accumulated stress on his knees plus some extremely small missteps to make such a injury possible as he is a young man

Out of curiosity, does it have anything to do with him being left footed/legged? I had an orthopedic surgeon tell me something along those lines because I have always depended on my left leg more than my right and eventually over compensated with my right leg and now at 59 have destroyed my back, hips, knees, ankles, and feet. SLE helped all of the destruction along too

You’re single leg dominant and over compensating with the stronger/more dominant side which causing issues such as muscle and joint imbalance. If it’s an issue you’ve dealt with your whole life and you’re now 59yrs old, there’s a LOT of scar tissue and malformation. It could be helped and such but not too sure it can be cured outside of surgery but I’d definitely try various alternatives before going under the blade. Strength training (big difference from body building and power lifting and such in the gym) would help for sure as well as stretching and making sure you focus on distributing the load evenly 50/50 between the sides. That’d be a good start
