I love your new pride preworkout itâs actually amazing!
Only issue is I have to train in evenings 2 nights a week due to life commitments.
Do you have any suggestions of what I could take pre workout for a good pump and help with recovery and all that jazz that wonât keep me up at night.
As Iâm not chasing the caffeine hit at that time of the day but I enjoy the pumps.
Iâve tried having 3/4 scoop as early as 3pm and it still keeps me awake.
But man, having it in the mornings have been a game changer for me, I can genuinely feel a better pump and better focus.
i'm in a similar situation, i don't feel too sleepy by the time i get to my workout but i drink matcha green tea. it contains enough caffeine in it to give me a good boost - maybe it's more psychological than actual, but it helps me get my workouts done and it's good for you too. it's better for you than drinking coffee straight up as it leaves you feeling less jittery.
Granite pre workout is awesome, they have a non stim version thatâs designed for just pump and focus

what are your thoughts on Raw meat or Raw beef liver?
If itâs good quality then sure. But the only advantage is slightly higher bioavailability. Doesnât add up when you may as well enjoy it and eat it cooked and still get majority of the nutrients and NOT get sick đ

Zac I love your vids but⊠I am a full time nurse with a 2 year old. I work from 7am to 3.30pm then have to pick up my daughter. Home by 4.30pm. Then shopping, cleaning, cooking til 6pm. Bath time. Settling baby til 7pm. Dinner time and catch up with my husband. Bed! I would love to do your routine and exercise but that is why Iâm a fat bitch!!
