I usually only eat lunch and dinner and the occasional afternoon snack (usually a bowl of cereal cause I find its a better snack then having it for breakfast), and thats it I tend to fast in the morning, so basically the 16 8 method, this had work so well for me, I do tend to have breakfast here and there on weekends, but from monday through friday I stick to fasting through mornings, and do occasioanl 24 hour fasts, and really just stick to eating high protein, whole foods in my diet, good diet combine with running 30 minutes each day has really helped me shred fat and stay in shape

I'm on Zac's diet. My 3 week. I have lost 4 kilos. Last weekend I kinda lost track. I had nice meal in restoran. And also when you are in restoran you drink little bit. However. I want to say one thing. If you cook chicken, buy Sous vide. it makes stake, chicken much more better. Keep going. Life is good.

nice maybe you should add in some antioxidants to combat the free radical production that gets increased from the caffeine. Coffe has these antioxidants built in already but the synthetic caffeine sups dont. a lot of these compounds like from chaga mushrooms activate ampk so actually increase the benefits of the fast.

Hi Zac I like all the advice but I must have my 2 lattes small with whole milk. Can I factor these into my daily calorie count or do you think Tyne take up to much of a chunk of the calories? Also I can’t drink black coffee and we don’t have acess to almond milk etc due to currently being outside of Australia in China

I understand fasting is great. However what if we train in the mornings (eg. 6am). I tend to get a pre workout meal in.
Rucking 2-3x a week is the best cardio in the world its less stressful than running/jogging but still yields great benefits and burns 1.4-1.5x more calories then just regular walking.

Zac Can you do a vegetarian episode with not much cooking involved? I've been vegetarian for 16 1/2 years, and I don't cook much and eat about 160-170 grams of protein per day with weightlifting every day. I always like your videos!

@@vishalkhandeka8131 Definitely. My protein includes- Whey, Beyond Meat, beans, eggs at times, Greek yogurt, Quest and Builder bars. Goes with my veggies, fruit, etc. I also count my calories. I'm more muscular than my profile photo.

You can’t store protein that’s why regular meals spaced out through the day is going to put you in a better anabolic state than fasting

You can switch in between, as long as the overall calories are the same and macros are pretty similar. What you'll find is it's just generally way easier for you to eat the same basic meals everyday and change up little things like vegetables, fruit, sauces and spices to keep yourself from going insane.
