When I was a kid I discovered that if you slightly pulled out the cartridge when turning it on it would enable 4 player mode even though you didn't have an adapter. You couldn't actually control 4 players but what did I care about that :P

4:55 It ain't often you hear sampled guitar sounds on a standard Genesis. I really don't think that guitar sound is FM. They sampled sounds outside of itself like they would with a Snes. Drums too. It's a little fuzzy from the low sample rates but has an edge.
Electronic Arts was good by then, a really one of the best video games companies. Now they are crap making videogames and as a video game Company too...

Sounds like they used a variation on the Skitchin' sound driver with that guitar sample, heh.
