🎤LV Slap Phone Ft. Mia'Mya & Sammie: On Point
UNTIL NEXT TIME, Byee 💛
The late, great, John Entwhistle. Probably the greatest bass guitarist. Great memories from this iconic track (and video too) 🙋♂
One of the best ever videos for showcasing Keith's loveable lunacy and his absolute savagery on drums. So glad you chose this video for reaction.
Mia you may know the who are you chorus from it being used as the theme song from the TV show C.S.I. Crime Scene Investigation. Shows been on for years and years.
I think the bass player "John Entwistle " once said... he was a member of a band with 3 unruly children , or something like that . Can definitely see a hint of that from this video , although everyone seems to be having fun . Absolutely love this band , and of course I loved your reaction!!! Thanks for doing this one..Your energy is on another level!!!💯
So very glad you are listening to the music I grew up with. 😊
The reason I became a drummer, Keith Moon, so much fun to watch, love the WHO
"Love Rein O'er Me" and "Behind Blues Eyes" are two pieces You may like. They were great when I saw them at Woodstock.
The music is insane, you can see and feel their passion as they play, crazy!!!!!! Love the chair dancing!!!!
This was from the Who movie The Kids Are Alright. Keith Moon died soon after in 1978. They were never the same without him
The best live band I ever saw.
Keith Moon is always a pleasure to watch
3:17 - 'Ohh who the F are you' - lol
I always thought that the beginning was one of the funkiest things I've heard.
that was cool, see them performing in studio, LEGENDS.and roger is one of the great frontman, see me feel me,🤘🤘🤘
Most people now Know this as the theme song for The TV show CSI .
Your next Who reaction should be "A Quick One While He's Away" from the Rolling Stones Rock n Roll Circus. One of the most powerful live performances ever.
Ohhhhhhh yesssss the whoooooooooo
CSI, CSI: Miami, and CSI: New York all used a Who song in their intro. I believe this was for CSI: Miami .
For another look at these guys playing live check out their amazing performance of 'Young Man's Blues' from the Isle of Wight Festival 1970. You won't regret it!
Mia Mia Mia….loved it! no matter the genre of music…or band….your reaction is AMAZING! And you are one of a kind…GREAT THINGS COMING for MEE-GEE 💯❤️🙏🏻☮️
Yeah, The Who were incredible.
I love videos like this when they look like they are in the studio having fun! Great song, and great reaction Mia!❤
The Who held the record for being the Loudest Performance for sometime in the late 60's.
It was 1976 at the Valley Stadium in London that the Who were measured at over 126 dB. The current record is over 143 dB by the heavy punk band Sleazy Joe at a 2008 concert in Sweden.🎚️🫨
IMO nothing to be proud of
@@wfemp_4730 Hey! Not surpassed til the mighty Spinal Tap!
One tragic thing about the Who. They were playing a concert in Cincinnati with stadium seating in the early 70s I believe, and when they took the stage there was a mad rush towards the stage, and the people in the front couldn't get out of the way and a bunch of people were crushed and killed.
That was in '79
@@tomhill9445I thought it was when they opened the doors to enter the arena.
A number of people already know that this was used as the theme for the show "CSI: Crime Scene Investigation". Later on in the show's run, Roger Daltrey himself did a guest spot in an episode, playing a former Las Vegas playboy who was well known in the town during the 70s. It was from season 7 episode 9 in 2006.
I was rockin along with you girl. Whooooo are you...who who. Totally dig it. Love it ❤️. Rock on 🤘😎
Stan Walker -Ultralight Beam 🔥🔥🔥
one of my favourite banbs brilliant👍👍
The Who were ranked with Led Zep, Pink Floyd, Deep Purple, the Stones, and only were surpassed by the Beatles. When Keith died in 1980 it was essentially the end... But they were both prolific and hugely influential, and their back catalogue, going all the way back to about 1964 is a treasure trove of unique and diverse masterpieces
Actually, he died in 1978 just a few months after this video was shot for the movie The Kids Are Alright. Still missed to this day, though he was never going to make old bones. RIP Moonie.🥁💜
The “love” button. Hahaha. ❤
Moon the Loon has his headphones taped on 😂
The Who Miaa legendary just like Led Zeppelin and all these great bands.
The who are a London UK 🇬🇧 band legendary and are a national treasure from our fair shores . The drummer is Keith moon one if not the greatest drummer of all time. The show The song is from CSI series.
Mia I can't remember what it was but they made a commercial with this song
… and we who grew up in the 60s & 70s had so many unbelievable talented people and bands, it was insane. There is nothing today that’s even in the same universe… Doja Cat… you have got to be kidding me.
Pete was an art school student were many of those around him worked in factories and such. So I think that always game him a "creative" way of seeing things that others just didn't, and why the Who's music was so unique and original. From their start, they had always been about the "looks" of things, which most bands did(Stones, Beatles, Etc.), but the Who's management weren't really music people so much as they were promoters. So even the bands career was handled much differently than most others who had been a part of the British Invasion of the 60's. I became a fan from seeing their performances much more than I ever had from just hearing them, as many bands were good live, but The Who was on a whole other level.
The who is a great band. Mia my all time favorite by them is behind blue eyes.
The band has a great sound and love this song
Love The Who.... glad to see you reacting again . Who Are You is a very fun ,,,, good song like all The Who's music..... your looking lovely like always Miaaaaa thanks for this one and best of success always !!!!!
loved the way you put what you were thinking in a comment instead of stopping the song every few seconds
CSI or similar used the main chorus in their theme song!
I got to say not too many beautiful girls like you like The Who I'm glad you chose this video the rules are one of my favorite bands next to the Beatles the stones and Led Zeppelin enjoying my love
Mia...Gotta do the "Smothers Brothers Comedy Hour" appearance. It's unreal!
The masked singer uses this song along with CSI
Keith Moon was a fantastic drummer and an absolute looney 🤣
Hence his nickname " Moon The Loon " Lol . Can't think of another drummer that had to tape his headphones on his head , because he was so crazy while drumming!
Until very recently I loved this version because of the way you could see Moon hit the drums and emphasize with facial expressions the power, but I realized it doesn't play the important 3rd verse.
Theme song for Miami CSI
Hi Ms. Mia, CSI Vegas chose this song as their theme song.. ♠W.G.
Love The Who ❤ Love Keith Moon ❤😢
Im a 61 yo white guy. Much respect to u young lady
Mia this the song from the Masked Singer if you have seen the show on Fox
you just can't take your eyes of moonie
I think you might like J.Howell-Catastrophe🔥🔥
Sadly, drummer Moon only had a few months before his death aged only 32🎩
Theme song for CSI
CSI Miami
Keith moon, the drummer, was dead within a few months after this video was filmed.
Theme of CSI
CSI TV SHOW!!!!!!!!!
duct tape for keith moon is just the tip of the iceberg to what he did in his short life
Your description of Keith Moon declaring war on his drums is dead right. He brutalised his drums.
Keith Moon was the greatest rock and roller of all time. Unfortunately he was near the end of his life and not fit at this point.
NCIS
This isn't even the whole song. Missing the entire last verse. This is just a promo video. Listen to the studio version. It's much better. LONG LIVE THE WHO! 🤟
I requested this through a donation ...I will request the Studio version as well 👍
@@paulr6881 Great. The entire last verse is missing from the promo. It's essential.
@@scottderechinsky9896 I know.. I just love this video with all the messing about and energy!!!
I know there's a place you walked
Where love falls from the trees
My heart is like a broken cup
I only feel right on my knees
I spit out like a sewer hole
Yet still receive your kiss
How can I measure up to anyone now
After such a love as this?
Believe it or not, that was a few years PAST their peak. The Who were a TGB. A Truly Great Band. There's not that many of those.
Please listen to the Black Crows she talks to angels 1991 live in Atlanta Georgia
who is the mos thandsome member be honest
The Who played LOUD. So everything was on the line, including your hearing.
Cool review!!!!
