One of the most exciting bands ever.and this is the four main members, i saw them live at Celtic park 76. 4 unique talents.
9:49-Good eye--Pete was lucky the floor was waxed, or he would've skinned the knees bloody, too! They were some wild dudes off-stage as well....Crazy hotel-room destroying after-concert parties, but Drummer Kieth was the craziest of the bunch. It's even wilder when you think of the quality of the music they were able to give us in spite of all that. And Daltrey was the only singer I've seen swing a mike like that.
One of the most amazing concerts, yet tragic nights in my teen life (first and last time I saw them live), The Who Tragedy in Cincinnati 1979. Such a great concert, then to come out and see what was happening outside, mind blowing. Carnage and death. Still love their music, but cant hear it with out thinking about that night. I was only a young teenager and never witnessed anything like it before. The band was devastated and never played Cincinnati again until...forty-three years after that tragic night, the Who finally returned to Cincinnati. Thanx darlin', take care, Peace

Knew this was one of ur pix, yay. Love them. I was a new baby teen when I saw them for the first and last time in concert. The Who tragedy of 79' in Cincinnati. Was amazing concert ending in 11 dead. Band was devastated and couldnt play Cinci for over 40 yrs. I still love there music just think about it everytime I hear them. Hope ur doing well, finding comfort. Thanx so much for the request. @@kshavon3098Moon died of an accidental overdose of the drug heminevrin, which is used to combat alcoholism. Keith Moon is known as rock's wildest drummer, both on and off stage. He destroyed hotel rooms, hundreds of drum kits and was generally a party-going wildman. Apparently very friendly, the life of the party. He led a very destructive life, however. If you react to the video of The Who performing "My Generation" on the Smothers Brothers Comedy Hour from 1967, you'll see Moon in full-swing with the one-liners and destructive behavior. Around the time of his death he had been trying to clean-up his act after years of heavy abuse.
