My best friend of over 40 years and I sang together all of the time. Just out of the blue, in the car, on a walk, or in a social setting. She was the big sister that I never had. She sang with a college choir and a rock group in her early days. Linda had a fabulous voice and I would harangue her into singing this when we got a little high. Just something about this song. Loved it from the first time i heard them. Back then, no knee pads, just had to show up to the concert. They probably supplied them. Lol lol.
This has been one of my favorites since I was 12 (47 now) it was a classic when I heard it for the first time. A couple years ago I sent it to my son (25) and he sent me back a song called Chasing Rabbits by Eazy Mac. He didn't know it used samples from a song from the 60s. That song is pretty cool, too.

Saw them in 1968 or 9 play at Drew University in NJ. They were an experience, a good one and Grace was great but she was high as F*** and when she wasn't singing she'd be sitting on the edge of the stage watching the light show behind them.
