Hades CleanUp : Aspect of Hestia Confounds Me

Baffled. Transfixed. Biwildered. DISSAPOINTED!!!
No but seriously what a worthless aspect. I mean don't get me wrong there's been a number of them that have seemed largely pointless or undercooked. BUT THIS : After you manually reload get 1 empowered shot.... Ok. And?
Like seriously what'd we run out of ideas? Here's one for you : Everytime the player reloads decrease max clip size and increase damage; resets max ammo when down to 1 bullet.
No we have this and what this is. . . . Well confounds me. Watch someone tell me that once you max it out it's the best aspect in the entire game. Lot of good 20 hours in does me Final Fantasy 13. I'm allergic to Grand Pulse and to you Aspect of Hestia.
