The voice God gifted to you is so wonderful, thank you for sharing us your golden beautiful voice you were embued by God.
There will never be another Johnny! Thank you God for this gift to the world. With all the screamers today we will have this beautiful voice forever.
What people have to remember is that Johnny Mathis is the quintessential recording artist with more albums recorded than any other artist of his time.. The man is truly amazing and this particular song gets me every single time :) x
Thank God for Mr Mathis. The lockdown due to Covid 19 is is all the more durable listening to this beautiful voice.
The world will never ever see or hear the likes of Johnny Mathis ever again, his voice is one of a kind and contains all of the emotions, emotions that not only lift the soul, but emotions that control the phrasing of every song he sings. In my lifetime, I have been blessed to be around with some of the best, Al Jolson, Frank Sinatra, Bing Crosby,, Nat King Cole, Dean Martin, Sammy Davis, Al Martino, Mario Lanza, to name but a few.
From the thirties to the 21st Century (my lifetime,), music from these guys kept the world alive, long may their memories be with us.

I love this song, and of course Johnny Mathis is still gorgeous at the age of 82. I watched him in Portland, Oregon last February 13, I thought I died and went to heaven. I am having a Johnny Mathis withdrawal right now. I have to see him again and SOON!

I have just had an evening of listening to absolutely class music and singers, Johnny mathis, nat King Cole, and an Englishman Matt Monro singing beautiful songs from the days of my life. I am 74 lived through the 60,s,70,s onwards and still appreciate brilliant MUSIC . POWER TO THE MUSIC

Having already made several comments on johnny spectacular voice and the emotional power he puts into each word that he sings makes him a very unique artist. May I also add that I've listened to every single one of his love songs and I never felt they ever applied to me 💔for I never had an equal partner to love me as much as I loved him. Yet in this particular case when he sings this song What I did for Love ❤️❤️ I gave it my all!!
