Awesome content man! Those clips are a pita to work with. I recommend anyone to buy a couple of them just in case.
Also as preventive maintenance on the windows I use silicone spray, it helps the window go up and down easier and is harmless to rubber and plastic

I have a similar problem with the passenger window and hearing the click. but i cannot move my window up or down with just my hands. what part do i need to replace ?

You should be able to slide it down. You can try to put pressure on the slides as well

Having just done this job, although my window wasn't stuck, you might need to cut some of the regulator cables to free the slides/glides so you can lower the window enough to pop out the clips holding the glass to the plastic guides. I am thinking your cables are all bound up preventing them from moving freely, thus window can't be pushed.
