BMW F30 330e window lifter regulator DIY replacement

In this sidetrack episode I am replacing the 2017 F30 330e driver side (RHD) power window lifter/regulator complete with motor assembly.

how on earth can I lower my window to the right hight to remove the window?? my window isn't working at all. moving it by hand is absolutely impossible it seems
