    Basically this pellagra disease is not much common but if u have initial symptoms like bright red erythema especially in feet, ankles and face then contact any specialist or increase niacin in your diet like dried yeast , rice polishing, liver , peanuts, whole cereals, legumes, meat and fish
    Female's are more suffering pallegra because oestrogen level inhibits the formation of tryptophan

    Another benefits Vitamin B3
    It lowers bad cholesterol (LDL) and triglycerides, to the benefit of good cholesterol (HDL). By intervening in the manufacture of blood hemoglobin, vitamin B3 makes the blood more fluid and prevents the formation of clots that would clog the arteries._*

    Is niacin and Niacinamide the same thing? Some say niacin is better for acne and skin and others say niacinimide. So confusing! Thanks for the informative video!

    • @elle2871
      @elle2871 Před 2 lety +1

      Niacinamide is essentially vitamin C and niacin. Some people have a sensitivity to it, which is why their faces will flush temporarily.
      Personally, I prefer niacin topically am and pm. I wash with a vit c cleanse and eat a lot of vit c-rich foods. The hydration in things like red bell peppers, for example, also really helped assist with my skin barrier.
      It took maybe 2 months of use, fresh food, and limiting anything that triggers inflammation but..! My face looks better than it has in years. Good luck!

    I have red dry hands and feet. Thought it was coming from a water pill so doctor took me off last week. I started B3 and suddenly developed the rash around the mouth. So is pellegra having a rash on face before taking B3 or does B3 cause rash?

    • @animatedbiologywitharpan
      @animatedbiologywitharpan  Před 3 lety +2

      These is no direct connection in this case and the rash might be unrelated. Its impossible to interpret the nature and cause of rash without examining it . Please consult your doctor.
