You're the first one of the endless number of straw method videos that did it right :D Everyone else is flattening the end of the straw, so the surface is totally even and there is no thickness at the end that holds it inside the retaining box. You did it well by pressing only on the left side (i.e. towards the jacket side, away from the retaining box), so you create a small "bump" that will hold it in the box. No wonder that you're the only one that could give it a good tug, all other videos slide it in and never give it a good pull, as it would slide out immediately. Good job! :)
