That's a really cool audio devise Jason. I bet you'll have loads of fun with that. Welcome back. We missed you.
Welcome back Jason! Glad to see you back in the mix!
Oh yeah, The Man is back! 🤘🏻
Hello. Music sound good ? I mean is clear ?
Thanks for the review, I was just about to order one, you've saved me time and expense.
I for one miss having you around to abuse. Would like to see you much more active as I know you have a lot to share. I do believe that for you to be happy you need to make videos of the issues you care about and not just the same old same old tech reviews. I am sure your subscribers would welcome that approach as well. Life is way too short. Present what matters and all will be good. I do think podcasting will soon be in the rearview mirror!
Funny,
old dude tries to figure out new Rode equipment, ❤😂
-I’m the same way, only not on camera…. 😂 ❤
Nice!! ❤😂 I love it
I've been an audio engineer for 25 years. 😀
Seems an ok set.
I loved watching your videos. I loved watching EVERYONE'S videos on new, unreleased phones and tech. However, I'm at the point where I don't want to see another one until I get my first sponsored video. Someone sending me something that isn't available for just anyone and everyone to buy. Something not on the open market. So at this point I'm just going to delete all of the phone and tech video notifications without ever watching them. Nothing personal. You're still a tech genius. I'm just tired of seeing new videos and feeling worthless. Why else would nobody ever offer to sponsor a video on my channel? I'll keep making videos on stuff I can afford. It's just not an everyday or even an every week thing. Almost all of my money now goes to bills. I've had it easy when I was living with my adopted aunt. After she died I still had it easy for another year as COVID-19 rules stopped me from being evicted from her condo with the reverse mortgage. So my videos are far, few and in between at best now. I'm beyond asking for help from other CZcams influencers because when I was asking for help I might as well been asking my cat to bathe me. And her tongue is way too rough anyway. That would hurt. So in conclusion, while I won't be unsubscribing from my favorite CZcams channels I won't be watching anything they make on anything tech related. Sorry. It is what it is.
I want a rode beanie
Kewk.👍🏾
What's up
The device I received had a dead pixel on the screen, and neither rode nor its retailer has fixed this until now. Perhaps other users should take a closer look at your screen.
I didn’t even get a book guide
Me either
Think that was part of the review package. It wasn't really a manual, just a features overview.
I was disappointed with a few things: 1) The power delivery is first up... I was expecting the USB-power to also carry data, but it looks like you still need a power cable and a USB cable. 2) The on/off button also feels like it is going to break, it's mushy, too. 3) It takes a long time to boot, and even longer to turn off! 3) The menu system isn't well thought out. 4) What is the point of haptic feedback when it also comes with annoying sound-cues. 5) It should have had motorized faders.
Do you own a Rodecaster pro 2 yourself or are you just criticizing that product because of the video?
@@Blobby420 I own it myself
@@Blobby420 I have one myself and all the above is secondary (absolutely not a draw back) but there is one thing that is... Stereo Audio still not great (MUSIC) Mics and other noise are great but music... NAH!!! a cheaper mixer can do far better (£100 max)
@@artworked Makes me not wanna get it but it will for sure get improved with updates I’m assuming
This doesn’t sound good to me. Sure it’s packed with features, but every time you talk, there’s a funky noise that’s attached to your voice.
Yeah, broadcast processing a lot, plus all the gain he added
