Hello dear, sure what do you like to eat and Ivan recommend?
@@Drewrykitchen anything Ghana food , i eat all exept seafood but pain fish we eat . Thank u for the fast response .
This looks really rich and tasty. Love to give it a go. Can you tell me what is the square meat looking thing you placed in the palm oil at the begining of the video please, as you called it by a name I've never heard of, and I was trying to work out what it was? Thanks in advance.
Hi dear it’s called kako a salted Ghanaian fish, but it’s okay if you don’t have it ❤️❤️
😋😋🥰
Thanks dear ❤️
Hey dear nice recipe🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩 but where do u get de fermented shark (kako)plzz
Hi dear from Ghana 🇬🇭 but you can get it from Ghanaian shops too x
I like the Yellow Plantains because the Yellow Plantains are sweeter than the Overripe Plantains are.
Yes that’s true ❤️
@@Drewrykitchen If you diagonally cut the yellow plantains and add salt and spices to the Yellow Plantains, the Fried Plantains taste better than the Overripe Plantains do.
What made you blend some of the beans? Does it give it a different taste because of texture or ?
Hi dear I like the texture with the blended beans I like when my beans stew is loaded and also the less my younger kids sees the beans the better it is for him hahahah
Since we don't have cans of pilchards in tomato sauce in the U.S. I guess I'll use the Iberia Sardines in Hot Tomato Sauce Can.
That also works
Can you use either Corn or Coconut Oil for the Fried Plantains Recipe, Mrs. Drewry?
Yes you can
Can you make this Beans Stew without Boiled Eggs and Canned Fish in Tomato Sauce, Mrs. Drewry?
Yep
Hello, can I substitute the palm oil for vegetable oil please?
Hi yes you can although the taste will be different
What's Kako made of please?
It’s a type of salted fish 😀
Is it salted fish?
Yes it’s kako a type of salted fish but not very important if you can’t find it ❤️
@@Drewrykitchen we have salted fish here but the question is did u boil out some of the salt first before adding to palm oil and onions?
I cut plantains this way too becuz it's more than way of slicing it
Yes it’s the classic way in Ghana 🇬🇭🥰🥰🥰
What is kako called in English?
Good question 😂😂 I’ll look it up
Yummy
Thank you 🙏🏾
