Jollof Rice

Nigerian Jollof Rice will forever be my favorite dish. When I was growing up, I used to love whenever my parents would make a fresh batch. Now, I just make it whenever I feel like it ???. Serve it up with some stewed meat, fried plantains, and a cold drink!

I have never heard of or eaten this dish , but it looks delicious & I bet a double cut bone in fried pork chop would go great with this and some greens, I like some heat as long as it doesn't go to far out of my league like ghost or Carolina reaper peppers , again I say young man you still have never made a dish yet that I would not eat , God Bless from rural Kentucky

In my opinion Nigerian jolof rice is one of the best it has it all spice flavour but…Senegal is the best it has flavour if u want spice it’s usually served with it and it also original red from there but no hate this is good😊
