Thank you for sharing this dish. I made this today and it taste amazing. My husband is Ghanaian so I am always looking to find some new Ghana dishes to cook for him.
I'm Africa American and my grandmother would always make black-eyed peas with cornbread and greens 😊. She was a great cook.
I’m an American watching while eating your jollof rice with your Cornish hens recipe! I am enjoying learning to cook my favorite dishes with you! I didn’t grow up eating this food, but once I tasted it, it felt like home! I must have Ghanaian lineage somewhere... and you are my auntie! You do a beautiful job! Thank you for teaching me! I will be cooking your beans soon!
Naturally_Nacole sis! We Ghanaians love to add to our numbers so yes, you have Ghanaian ancestry and my niece - no test needed😂😂. I am delighted to know you tried the jollof recipe and you’re loving it. I bet you’ll love this beans stew too. Totally honored to share Ghanaian culture with you through food❤️❤️
Naturally_Nacole Good job girl! Keep it up! Keep keeping our Ghanaian dishes! 🤩😍🥰
Do u like hot spice? Am African but I can't stand hot spices, makes me drip sweat profusely
@@rizzymay450 am ghanaian. I dont cook with pepper unless it light soup and i make it very mild. I cant stand spicy föod.i dont taste amy other ingredient in food when theres pepper. Some ghanaians find that strange of me.
There is no such thing as African American You definitely have African ancestry

@@KwankyewaasKitchen you can add a coconut milk and a small spoon of cumin, paprika, curcuma ,coriandre and persil for more the taste . But your naturel way of coking is very good also . Thank you so much.

Besides the food, you have inspired me to learn Twi even though I am Naija boy born and raised in Côte d'Ivoire.
Be blessed.
