It's actually pretty inconvenient, because you can be staying in a Hotel (example), and have nothing to play. With a Violin, Guitar, etc. You can just take it with you, you can't take a piano with you, but I see where you are coming from!

Music is the universal language... music doesn't necessarily have to contain words, it's the sounds that make music truely beautiful. Before lyrics were even considered for music people just listened to the music and just related it to their emotions and lives... The Four Seasons by Vivaldi which is more famous and recognised than Für Elise gave you the feeling of each season. It's a tad hard to explain unless you do listen to music that contains and doesn't contain lyrics. Music can give off emotions, in Vivaldi's case it is an emotion associated with each season.

I'm only 15 so I have plenty time to practice
Project Mercy2 I'm still learning, been playing for 14 years though. It won't be easy, but provided you practice you'll get there, you can only get better. the key is to have fun. Don't let things like grades hold you back if you don't like them, i hated them and honestly, they're the worst thing I've ever had to do in music...
