I love South Indian dishes like dosa, idli, vada,, etc. in my breakfast. This really makes you full for a good 3-4 hours and also less oil is used in cooking. So, to add more nutrition in the morning I tried dosa using quinoa. It was really awesome and very easy. The best part is if are running short of time you can directly make dosas without fermentation. Of course, you can ferment it just like the regular dosa batter if you want. Another great thing about this is I have used three kinds of dal which not only enhance the taste but also the nutritional value. Hope you will make it.
Ingredients-
1. Quinoa - 1/2 cup
2. Urad dal (split black gram) - 1/2 cup
3. Whole green moong dal (whole green gram) - 1/2 cup
4. Chana dal (bengal gram) - 1/2 cup
5. Salt as per taste
6. Oil

Seeds our grains me fark kya hei?our ha quinoa me half cup raw rice milanese bahut achha perfect dosa banega.ham 4 sal se barabar banate hei.apke batter our smooth hona chahiye.
