  • Wildwater Express Car Wash's Buena Park site is one of the oldest express car washes in California. It opened in 2004, and might be the first wash on the West Coast with a full Tommy tunnel.
The wash tunnel has a 95' AVW roller and chain conveyor with a wrap/mitter combo, mitter/Kaady-style contour combo, 2 pairs of 26" rocker brushes, a pair of wheel blasters, Tire Blaze applicators, 2 AVW flash dry blowers, and a 6 producer Aerodry drying system. Wildwater was using ANC and Blair Ceramics chemicals when this was filmed, and their top package includes the lava bath, tri color, ceramic protectant, sealer wax, wheel cleaner, and tire shine.

You should see Five Star Express Car Wash next in Hawaiian Gardens.

I drive by that one sometimes, but I have no contacts there at this time. It is a 140' Tommy tunnel with Aerodry blowers. Five Star also has smaller sites in Costa Mesa and Santee.

That's the power of stainless steel equipment. Lasts much longer than the aluminum stuff that dominates the North American market.
