Thanks for this very systematic tutorial. I have a question though. What if you need to make 3 Tables of Contents for a single document. For example, the first Table of Content is for the Parts of the manuscript (say, Introduction, Methods, Results, Conclusion). The second Table of Contents is the List of Tables in the manuscript (say, Table 1, Table 2, and so on). The third Table of Contents is the List of Figures (say, Fig.1, Fig.2, and so on). How can we automatically create these Tables of Contents? I will really appreciate a reply since this will make my thesis manuscript writing more efficient.
