"Contents" was in blue color. How do you change it to font color "automatic" which is black?

You're a lifesaver! I never knew about the headers needing to be there to make the Table of Contents work. I am not that proficient in Word, so I was at a loss as to why KDP could not 'see' my TOC. Thanks again for clearing it up for me :-D

Oh, Sharon! I've spent untold hours trying to find out how to create chapters and a Table of Contents. So glad I finally found you! Easy to follow and bonus, pretty to watch. I am creating a Kindle eBook so I'm hoping that the format of my TOC is correct for that. Your post is very old so I doubt you are still responding but it would be awesome if you are. Thank you!
